- Games that have their start date altered well in advance to accommodate live TV or ease fixture congestion will not be classed as postponed.
- An abandonment is where a match is halted before the completion of the allocated match time and not played out to conclusion on the same day. Markets determined at the time of abandonment (e.g., ‘First Team to Score’) will stand.

- Unless stated otherwise, whenever the organizing association deems it fit to include any necessary rounds, matches, or series of matches (e.g., Play-offs, Play-outs, Postseason) following the end of the Regular Season, Sportradar will take into account the results and outcomes deriving from these matches for settlement purposes of tickets referring to the final league classification, promotion, relegation, etc. For example, seasonal bets on the team winning the NHL will refer to the Stanley Cup Winners.
- All events are settled based on the award ceremony or the competition’s official scoresheet without taking into consideration the results of any subsequent investigations or disqualifications.
Dead Heat Rule
- If two or more selections finish in a dead heat in a market, the return for a winning back bet would be reduced. The reduction is calculated by multiplying the original Stake by the number of expected winners and dividing it by the number of dead-heated selections. The total return is then calculated based on the reduced Stake (i.e., the reduced Stake at the original odds) with the net winnings being this amount less the original Stake.
Example 1: In a market where three selections dead heat for 1st place, a back bet on one of the winners on $60 at 6.0 or 5/1 is settled as follows: The Stake of $60 is multiplied by the number of expected winners (1) and divided by the number of dead heated selections (3) to calculate the reduced Stake ($60 x 1/3 = $20). The return is then the reduced Stake at the original odds ($20 x 6 = $120). The net winnings are $60 or the return ($120) less the original stake ($60).
Example 2: Take a market with three expected winning selections (e.g., Horse racing place market) where one selection is an outright winner and four selections dead-heat for second place. Once the outright winner has been settled, there are two remaining 'places' in the market. A bet of $60 at 6.0 or 5/1 on one of the four dead-heated selections is settled as follows: the Stake of $60 is multiplied by the expected number of winners (2) and divided by the number of dead heated selections (4) to calculate the reduced Stake ($60 x 2/4 = $30). The return is then the reduced Stake at the original odds ($30 x 6 = $180). The net winnings are $120 or the return ($180) less the original Stake ($60).
Player Markets PMOS
- All bets created prior to the venue change shall be Auto Voided.
- If the match starts but is abandoned or suspended at any time before the match reaches a natural end and the match does not resume within 5 hours, then all bets on that player shall be Auto Voided.

Cashout

Cashout is available on selected events and markets both Pre-Match and Live for Singles and Multi bets. If you choose to cashout (if available), you simply need to click on the Cashout button next to your bet in the 'My Bets' section of the site. The Cashout amount will then be credited to your account. Please note that the final result will then have no impact on the outcome of your bet.
- The following also applies to the Cashout feature:
- Cashout may not be available on certain markets and events.
- A time delay is applied on every Cashout.
- Cashout will not be available if the event and/or market you have placed a bet on is suspended.
- A Cashout attempt may not be successful if a market or event is suspended or odds change at the point in which the time delay is applied after Cashout is attempted.
- Where Cashout is available on a Pre-Match event, if we do not cover the event Live, then Cashout will be unavailable once the event starts.
- Your Cashout value will differ depending on how your selection is performing and may be higher or lower than your original bet allowing you to guarantee a profit or minimize a loss.
- Betswap reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a cashout on any bet that has been settled in error.
- Betswap will not be responsible in the event that Cashout is unavailable due to technical issues. Any bets will be settled as normal based on the final result.

- Betswap reserves the right to remove the cashout feature for any customer who misuses it by taking advantage of latency to guarantee profit when placing bets then immediately cashing out.

TYPES OF BETS
Betswap offers the following types of betting:
- Single: Wagering on a single event. Win on "single" bet is the bet amount multiplied by the odds of the event.
- Parlay: Wagering on several events that do not correlate with each other. The winnings for "parlay" are settled as the bet amount multiplied by the product of the odds of all the events included in the parlay. The Client can include any combination of outcomes for any sport events that do not correlate with each other in parlays. "Parlays" are considered as winners if all events in parlays are predicted correctly. If at least one event is not predicted correctly, the parlay is lost.
- System: A full combination of parlays of the same dimension chosen by the Client. "System" winnings are settled as the amount of winning parlays that are included in the "system".
Parlay+
- Parlay+ is a daily additional list of events where bets are accepted with increased odds on Special terms.
- Betting through "Parlay+" allows increasing "Parlay" odds compared to the usual line. It also increases the Client's chances while he is playing with the maximum "Parlay" odds (K = 1000) by reducing the number of events.
- The total number of events in one "Parlay" should be not less than three. "System" is not accepted.
- In "Parlay" and "System" betting, it is not allowed to include different outcomes of the same event (match winner, tournament winner) even if they are not directly connected. If incorrect forms of betting are included in parlays or systems, the bets will be refunded even if the computer software has accepted the wager.
Final odds for winnings on all listed betting types are determined taking into account the specifics of determining odds for certain types of outcomes (hitting the spread on the handicap or total, etc.), postponement of the event, or the transfer of the event to another date. The transfer time is defined in betting rules. In these events, the odds for winnings are "1".
Main Markets
The terminology used in these rules may vary depending on the sport. For example, outcomes might be described as goals (in football), points (in basketball), sets (in tennis), maps (in E-sports), or rounds (in boxing). Similarly, participants may be teams, individual players, or doubles; time segments may be referred to as match, half, quarter, period, map, or round; and competitions may be named tournaments, leagues, championships, or cups. These examples are provided to illustrate possible variations across different sports.
- Match Winner – predict the winner of the match.
- 3-Way Betting – predict the outcome of the market with three possible results: first team win, draw, or second team win.
- 2-Way Betting – predict the outcome of the market with only two possible results: first team win or second team win.
- Total – predict whether the total number of goals scored by both teams in a match will be over or under the specified number. If the total is exactly equal to the specified number, the bet will be settled as void.
- Handicap – predict which team will win after applying the handicap spread to the actual score. A positive or negative number of goals is added to the team's final score. If the result after applying the handicap is a draw, the bet will be settled as void.
- Double Asian Handicap is a bet placed with a handicap value (H) that is a multiple of 0.25 but not a multiple of 0.5 — for example: H = -0.25, +0.25, -0.75, +0.75, etc.
Such a bet is interpreted as two separate (simple, “half”) bets at the same odds, using the nearest quarter-point handicap values: H1 = H - 0.25 and H2 = H + 0.25.
The stake for each “half” bet is equal to half of the total “Double” bet amount. - Double Total Bet is a type of Total bet where the Total value (T) is a multiple of 0.25 but not a multiple of 0.5 — for example: T = 2.25, 2.75, 3.25, etc.
This bet is also interpreted as two separate (simple, “half”) bets at the same odds, using the nearest quarter-point total values: T1 = T - 0.25 and T2 = T + 0.25.
The stake for each “half” bet is equal to half of the total “Double” bet amount. - The following examples are simplified four options of settlement for such "Double" bets:
Example 1. Both half bets are won by the Client.
• In this case, the payout (S) is S=k*C.
Where k is the odds listed in the line,
C is the sum of the Client’s bet.
To settle the “Parlay”, the odds K = k is used.
Example 2. One half of the bet is won and the other is void.
• In this case, the payout (S) = (k + 1)/2*C
And to settle the “Parlay”, the odds K=(k + 1)/2 will apply.
Example 3. One half of the bet is void and the other one is lost.
• In this case, S=0.5*C, and to settle the “Parlay”, the odds K=0.5 will apply.
Example 4. Both bets are lost.
• In this case, S=0, and the odds to settle the “Parlay” is K=0.
- Double Chance – place a bet that covers two of the three possible outcomes: home win or draw (1X), away win or draw (X2), or either team to win (12).
- HT/FT (Half Time / Full Time) – predict both the result at half time and at full time. Overtime is not included. In the app, outcomes are represented as: 1 (first team win), 2 (second team win), or X (draw). The first symbol indicates the half-time result, and the second one shows the final result. The outcome of the second half alone is irrelevant. In the desktop version, team names and the word “Draw” are used.
Example: If the match ends 1:1, and the first half was 1:0, then in the app, the “1/X” outcome wins. - Correct Score – predict the exact final score of the selected match.
- Result and Total – predict both the match outcome and whether the total will be over or under the specified number.
- Race to N Goals – predict which team will be the first to score the Nth goal.
- Both Teams to Score – predict whether each team will score at least one goal during the match.
Own goals are counted in favor of the opposing team. - To Take Nth Place – predict the final standing position that the selected team will occupy.
- Team to Score Goal N – predict which team will score the Nth goal in the match (e.g. the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd goal etc.).
- Halves Scoring Comparison – predict in which half the most goals will be scored by both teams combined.
- Winning Margin – predict the exact margin by which one participant (team or individual) will defeat the other, measured in goals, points, time, or any other relevant unit depending on the sport.
CONDITIONS OF BETS ACCEPTANCE
- The bets are accepted based on the line, i.e., the list of upcoming events at the odds for their outcomes offered by Betswap.
- Line changes (handicaps, winner odds, totals, limitations for parlays, maximum bet amounts, and others) can happen after any bet, but the terms for already placed bets remain unchanged. The bets are accepted for the amount that does not exceed the account balance.
- The amount of bets for any event during one betting day cannot exceed the maximum bet for the event shown on the line (for the line of the same date). If there are bets with a total amount exceeding the maximum bet, such bets will not be accepted.
- The bets are accepted before the event starts. The bets that are placed after the start of the event are not valid, and such bets will be refunded. These bets are removed from parlays. The exceptions are so-called live bets during the event. These bets are valid and will be refunded only if, for some reason, the bets have been placed after the event has ended.
- The results update in the progress of live events is for information purposes only. The result listed incorrectly cannot be the ground for canceling the bet. Betswap is not responsible for the correctness of results during live events.
- The date and the time for the event start specified in the line are informative only. A wrong date is no reason to refund the bet if the bet has been placed before the start of the event. For bet settlement, the actual time of the event start is used. This time is determined according to the official documents (websites referenced by Betswap when collecting information) of the organization that holds the competition, match, etc.
- Betswap accepts no responsibility for incorrect spelling of players' surnames, team names, and cities' names of the events on which the bets are placed.
- In case of mistakes by the staff in the preparation and publication of the betting line, or there was an obvious failure in the computer software which determines the betting line (obvious mistakes in the odds, odds discrepancy in various positions, etc.), fraudulent actions in violation of the conditions provided by these Rules, Betswap has the right to unilaterally recognize the concluded agreement (including the bets placed before or after the beginning of the event which concerns the mistake), refuse to fulfill obligations under such an agreement and return the bet to the Client.
- The bets cannot be changed or canceled after the Client has placed the wager and received a verification (a note on the site and the wager number).
- A connection failure and other technical mistakes in communication are no reasons to change or cancel a bet if the wager has been registered on the server.
- Loss of password is no reason to change or cancel a bet or to cancel a payout request.
- Each Client is granted one gaming account. Exceptions are granted by Betswap depending on the individual Client. The Client is obliged to apply preliminarily to the administrator of Betswap for granting him such a right. Posterior applications are considered a violation.
- The Client cannot give permission to anybody else to use his/her gaming account.
- Betswap reserves the right to apply limitations or refuse to accept bets from any person without explanation of reasons and prior written notice.
Special Terms
- If the event:
- Was not held on an appointed date and was postponed for more than 36 hours from the start time specified in the betslip, all bets on this event are settled at the odds 1 (unless otherwise stated in the rules for this type of sport).
- Was interrupted and not completed within 12 hours from the start time specified in the betslip, all bets on the outcomes with the results determined by the time of interruption are settled according to these results, and the bets on the outcomes with not determined results are settled at the odds 1 (unless otherwise stated in the rules of the sport).
- If the match is transferred to a neutral ground, the wagers will stay unchanged. If the match is transferred to the opponent's ground, the wagers will be refunded and the bets will be removed from parlays. If the match is transferred to another ground in the same city, the wagers will stay unchanged and they will not be refunded regardless of the playing ground.
- If the result is changed or canceled (protest, doping, etc.), the original result will remain in betting.
- If more than one player (team) is announced as the competition winner, the bets placed on the victory of these players (teams) are settled at the odds 1.
- Betting company announces the actual results on the basis of official records and other sources of information after the event. In a disputable situation, when different results for the same event are posted by various sources with their obvious mistakes, the final decision about the results determination for bets settlement is made by Betswap.
- If there is reason to assume that the bet was placed after the outcome of the event became known or after the selected player/team gained a significant advantage (e.g., the advantage in the score, sending off, or substitution of player, etc.), Betswap reserves the right to cancel these bets (make a refund) both winning and losing.
- The company uses its own data about the actual course of the game for live events bets settlement. If for any reason (such as loss of broadcasting, the lack of results in information sources, etc.) results of events cannot be determined, these events will be settled at the odds 1.
- The Client should check that his/her betting slip is filled in according to the rules. If it has been filled in incorrectly, regardless of why and who is guilty for incorrect filling, Betswap reserves the right to refund the bets and cancel the wagers.
- If the Client has a negative balance due to bets revaluation because of an incorrectly entered result, the gaming account will be blocked until the Client deposits the amount not less than the negative balance. Otherwise, Betswap reserves the right to stop accepting bets from the Client. All wagers placed before the revaluation will remain valid.
- The complaints on disputable issues will be accepted in the form of an email application (sent to [email protected]) within 10 days after the result of the event has been registered. After 10 days, no complaints will be accepted. In the disputable situations without precedents, the final decision is made by Betswap.
- Match regulations are determined by the tournament’s official governing body, unless otherwise stated in the betting line.
- In case of any discrepancy between the General Rules and the Sport-Specific Rules, the Sport-Specific Rules shall prevail.
